Privacy policy

What we collect

The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. When you connect a wallet, its address stays in your browser. The servers that answer the API keep standard request logs (time, path, IP address) for up to 14 days to keep the service running and stop abuse.

Public blockchain data

Launches, swaps and claims are transactions on a public blockchain. Addresses, amounts and token metadata you send are public and permanent; v4 Pairs cannot delete them.

x402 and MCP calls

For an x402 launch the relayer receives the payment authorization and the launch request, and submits them as transactions. The request body is not kept after the launch is mined, apart from what the transactions themselves record.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you (in practice, request logs), to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. The legal basis for request logs is our legitimate interest in running a secure service. You can complain to your data protection authority.

Write to us through our X account; we answer within 30 days. Data written to the blockchain cannot be erased by anyone.

Service providers

The site is hosted on a cloud platform that processes request logs on our behalf, and reads the chain through public RPC endpoints. We do not sell or share personal data.
