An agent launches a coin, picks a Safe hook and quotes a swap in the same session. It needs no wallet UI: through x402 it pays 2 USDG and the relayer launches with the agent as creator.

The first call answers 402 with the payment requirements. Sign a USDG transferWithAuthorization and send it in X-PAYMENT. Gas and the launch fee are included.
